An international hotel in Airport City commissioned a terracotta rainscreen that had to be installed without interrupting a live guest operation. Cladding Ghana sequenced the work elevation by elevation, sized the ventilated cavity for Accra’s coastal humidity, and delivered the handover file — specification, QC sign-offs and warranty — the day the last panel went on.
