A façade practice, built since 1983
Cladding Ghana opened its books in 1983, and the work has not stopped since. Across four decades and counting, the firm has specified, fabricated and installed architectural cladding for corporate and institutional facilities and for international hotels — buildings whose owners write their performance requirements down before a single panel is ordered. The portfolio runs from commercial towers in Airport City and Ridge to campus and civic façades in East Legon and Cantonments, with commissions in Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi and along the Cape Coast corridor.
Specification grade is the standard
Every Cladding Ghana panel run is held by a single named specialist, first survey to warranty. Substrate confirmed, panels and fixings specified to the applicable standard, quality gated at each stage, and acceptance documented — what marks specification-grade cladding off from a commercial cladding job.
Who commissions us
Facilities directors at corporate headquarters. Engineering teams at international hotels. Estates offices at schools, hospitals and civic institutions. Owners of signature private residences. What they share is a procurement culture that expects the fire class named in writing, the sub-frame engineered rather than improvised, and a handover file that survives an audit. The long arc
Cladding systems have changed profoundly since our first sub-frames went up in the 1980s — fire classification regimes tightened, ventilated rainscreens became the norm, and panel chemistry moved through generations of aluminium composite, ceramic, terracotta, HPL, zinc, copper and fibre cement. The constant is what we sign for: a façade specified to perform, carried by one named specialist, recorded in writing, and still standing decades on. That is the practice Cladding Ghana has kept since 1983 — and the one we continue.
